set an appointment a week before, went to the location on time, waited, only to be informed the doctor isn't coming. I would like to suggest to the people who sets appointments - to include contact numbers - in cases such as this, at least have the decency to NOT waste someone else's time.. had to prepare and travel more than 2hrs to this location. anyway, good to have a branch closer towards the south than the main branch... but please heed this suggestion Thanks.

We had a very bad customer experience! The front desk staff were unprofessional, raising their voices towards customers. They promised to text and inform us about the status of my mother's paperwork, but they failed to do so. As a result, my mother’s CT scan will be rescheduled, and her health may become critical. There seems to be a lack of cooperation between their departments. The staff should receive proper customer service training. They did not seem to understand the customer’s feelings on that day. A little kindness and patience would have gone a long way in this situation.

They scheduled my ultrasound appointment for 9:00 AM and instructed me to arrive at 8:30 AM with a full bladder and to fast for 8 hours. Before leaving, they emphasized the importance of following these instructions to avoid rescheduling fees. I adhered to all the guidelines, arriving at 8:30 AM with a full bladder and having fasted for 8 hours. However, after two hours, no doctor had come to perform the ultrasound. I couldn’t wait any longer, as I have a heart condition and need to take my medication, something they were aware of. Despite following their instructions, they failed to comply with their own schedule. It’s unreasonable to expect a patient diagnosed with kidney stones to hold their bladder for such an extended period—this was simply unacceptable.
