Queuing is broken, Wasted my 2 hours for nothing shouldn't have come here. If the doctor Will be on break they should atleast inform the patients. I was lined up for Dra /Pulmo by 10 AM 4 patients was already catered I was lined up as 7th. The 6th patient got in exactly at 10.57 and yet no progress for the next patient??? Ano Yun 1 hr consultation. 12 Nn already and wala parin lumalabas sa Clinic Room buti pa Yung sa ibang doctor continous pag consultation nya in span of 20-30 min. Wala bang TAT time ng patient dito?? I didn't bother to wait. It's already lunch time I have different appointments by noon. Such a waste of time On the bright side you can Have your appointment slot via CP number that answers after 4 times of calling

Worst branch I've been to. Drug Testing employees seems not to care about the patient's urgency to pee. They'll even implicitly inform you that it's not their problem because of the queue. They are strict on urine collection and yet can't even handle the queue (less than 10). They could have limited the time allowed per patient like 2-3 minutes per collection to maximize the time of other patients but it seems that they are taking their time leisurely to avoid work lol. Not all people have the time to wait for your poor service. Additionally, physical examination takes too much time. Please take note that some of us still have work and we can't just patiently wait for our names to be called.
