Hi-Precision Diagnostics Center

Today, August 25, 2025. Their way of handling customers is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and BORDERLINE KUPAL BEHAVIOUR. I was really disappointed. So my insurance asked me to conduct laboratory exams and consultation two weeks ago. My agent suggested that it’s okay to do my labs and consultation at non-accredited prulifeuk clinics bec they would just reimburse it. Hoping that I save time by avoiding lengthy process of refunding my lab and doctors fee, I decided to go directly to an accredited clinic by prulifeuk thats why I ended up choosing Hi Precision including the consultation with the obgyne. I ended up with Hi Precision Sucat branch. I did my labs last August 17, Sunday and came back August 20 for the obgyne consultation. The obgyne asked me to run more tests which I instantly obliged. The set of tests included transrectal ultrasound. I came back the next day, August 21, to do the laboratory test. I successfully completed the other test except the transrectal ultrasound because August 21 is Thursday and OBs dont have schedules every Thursday which I already know befrehand so it’s okay. The same day, I asked someone at the Counter 1 or 2 if the obgyne has schedule on August 25. And they assured me that they have. So by the afternoon of August 21, I returned to Bicol to have my 2-week vacation at work. Originally, I planned to go back to Manila by Aug 28 because Im planning to go back to my obgyne for another consultation by Aug. 29. (By the way, this is something I already established to the person at Counter 1 and 2 so I asked them not just twice, but three times if they have schedule for transrectal ultrasound by aug. 25 and they told me that they are 100% sure) Since I was told that the obgyne that will conduct my transrectal ultrasound is available my Monday, I went back to Manila yesterday night. And Im here today, Augus 25 and they told me that the obgynes filed emergency leave. Asked the person at Counter 1 again if there are other hi precision lab that has available obgyne because I prefer to have my labs at an accredited prulife uk branch and instead of responding to me professionally, tinarayan lang ako. The tone of her voice sounded like she doesnt want to deal with my inquirry and added something like “Kung gusto mo maam sa unihealth ka na lang kasi di namin hawak oras ng mga obgyne dito” I was lefr speechless. Nagtatanong lang naman ako. If anything, ako dapat ang mainis kasi i’ve been going back and forth for almost 2 weeks now.

Rude and terrible service. Nurses would call out patient names with the faintest of voices while expecting you to hear them in a waiting lobby filled with people, they would also refuse to answer any questions and would simply give you a side eye or simply turn their backs towards you. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CLINIC. IT WOULD ONLY WASTE YOUR TIME. SPENT 4 HOURS FOR A SIMPLE APE.

It took a long time, I hope you don't accept it if there is no doctor yet, we paid at 9am and the doctor came at 11:30 so we waited, after that there was nothing. I'm hungry and want to go home, nothing has happened yet. I hope the patient will kindly check if the doctor is there before paying, sorry I just burst out I'm pregnant and I've been waiting for so long
