New location is nice. After your consultation, Watsons Pharmacy is just there. Attendant is nice to approach to mostly to the attending physician.
Prepare and bring lots of patience. One really good thing about HP is getting your results online. The process is there but due to volume of people but limited staff things are slow.
I tried calling the clinic to follow up on my results from my first visit, but no one answered. I then went there in person, only to be told that the results were still incomplete. Three days later, after messaging to ask if the hard copy was available, I was informed that it was ready. However, when I went to claim it, the results had still not been delivered. The miscommunication and misinformation caused unnecessary inconvenience.
