Was scared to risk my visit here. But we went to Hi-Precision around 9:40am, madaming tao though mabilis lang yong process. I took Physical exam and my friend took her X-ray. We finished around 10:20am something. The person sa counter was a bit hard to approach, slight masungit. But Dra. Joanna is super nice and professional. Based on the previous reviews, I think it also depends on the time you’ll go din if madaming tao or the staffs you’ll encounter once you visit. For the pricing: my physical exam was around ₱600, and chest X-ray was around ₱270. Hope this helps! :))

If you’re using Maxicare HMO card, they won’t process your doctor’s lab request right away. They will make you wait for a long time before they call the provider and confirm approval of your lab test request. We had to follow up multiple times before they started calling Maxicare. Mind you my sibling was experiencing diarrhea but no urgency was practiced by the team. You can see the photos of the clinic with few px lang but process still took longer than it should.

Poor customer service. Hi Precision Lacson is very hard to contact — they don’t answer calls or respond on Viber. It’s really inconvenient, especially when you need timely updates or assistance. I even tried calling their hotline, but their own customer service couldn’t reach the branch either. I was directed to their social media account, which also doesn’t reply right away. This is not acceptable for a medical assistance type of business. Some patients go fasting and should be assisted right away, especially since this is a private facility. Proper communication and responsiveness are very important in this kind of service.
