I'd love to share my overall experience being one of their customers. Their location is very near from my place. The clinic is always neat and clean, air-conditioned and easy to locate. The staff is approachable and the doctor is very kind and knowledgeable in terms of my condition having Bell's Palsy. Physical Therapy is recommended. Taking the 1st session is good, however the 2nd session with Kate(my therapist) is actually excellent. Everything is doing well with the help of my therapist using the equipment and facial massage and exercises to treat my case. I’m currently undergoing physical therapy for back pain and have completed 2 out of my 6 scheduled sessions. Even though my case isn’t very severe, the therapy has already been very helpful. I’ve noticed improvements in my mobility and a reduction in discomfort, especially during daily activities. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to my needs. They carefully assessed my condition and created a treatment plan that focuses on pain relief, posture correction and long-term prevention. Each session includes guided stretches, exercises, and helpful advice that I can also apply at home. What I also appreciate is how accommodating and polite they’ve been whenever I needed to reschedule a session. Another thing I really appreciate is their responsiveness on social media (Facebook).
