Not sure about the other feedback here but I got my APE here on a Sunday. Decent waiting time, I finished in around 2hrs which is okay because everything went smoothly. Dra Danica is very professional. The guard, receptionist and nurses were all kind and approachable. Thanks, Healthway Market Market!

As an HMO user from 2026 this is one of the best clinics in terms of staffs and doctor's hospitality. Its the tone of voice, urgency, professionalism and doing extra mile. I walked in for an Apico Xray and consultation from a Pulmo doctor. Xray was done ,but no pulmo doctor that day. What they did next is to get my details and politely asked when can i comeback and provide me the schedule of the doctors. I provided a date, and on that day they called me saying a doctor will be present and also got me a queuing number even im not yet around and told me to go straight to the reception. Its them doing extra work because theres no pulmo doctor when i first came. There is always a line specially in PH. The thing about this clinic is their staffs care if you are waiting for too long, they update you, ask you when they notice you're waiting too long or getting impatient (saw it first hand) and the openes when you ask questions. I've been to several clinics, there are shitty ones that doctors seems to not care specially if its an Annual Physical Exam from a company. I just wanna say this clinic stands out, and do not have an idea why it has only 2stars rating in google.

Getting there is easy, though. Public transport drops you right at the mall, and the elevators make it a smooth trip for anyone—especially if you’re in a wheelchair or carrying things. Step inside, and the first thing you notice is how clean it feels. Floors, walls, furniture—everything’s well-kept. The waiting area is clutter-free, and the restrooms? Fresh, stocked, no funky smells. They even require face masks for both patients and companions, which feels like a thoughtful touch in keeping everyone safe. The staff? Warm, approachable, and genuinely respectful. They greet you properly, explain things clearly, and never make you feel like you’re in the way. Privacy is respected from the moment you check in to the moment you leave. It’s one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had in a clinic. Waiting doesn’t feel like waiting here. Their numbering system means you know exactly when your turn is coming, so there’s no anxious glancing at the clock. Facilities are comfortable—good air conditioning, plenty of seating, private rooms for consultations. The environment feels safe and organized, without being cold or clinical. When it came to the actual consultation, the doctor explained my diagnosis in clear, simple words. They listened, addressed my concerns, and made sure I knew what to do next. No rush, no pressure—just care. Prices are fair for the quality you get, and the payment process is quick. Receipts come without having to ask. This was my second visit, and I still have no complaints. There’s a certain warmth here that makes you feel cared for.
