Consultation was decent and doctor arrived in timely manner. However, the staff in the medical record was bit sarcastic. I waited 30 mins just to get my med cert. I know it was not the staff’s entirely fault as he was waiting for the doctor but following up on him and getting response “gusto niyo puntahan niyo yung doctor” is not only sarcastic but rude.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I recently had a check-up with Dr. Rosemery De Galicia (Dermatology), and my experience was extremely disappointing. Pagpasok pa lang sa clinic, parang ayaw ka nang i-accommodate. The consultation didn’t feel thorough — she did not get up from her seat to take a closer look at my skin concerns and seemed more focused on her computer and papers. She wasn’t proactive in explaining anything; we had to ask every question just to get basic information or clarification. Worst of all, in my personal experience, the prescriptions given to me did not help and even made my condition worse, which led me to seek treatment from another clinic. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time and money — both for the consultation and the medications. Based on my experience, I would not recommend visiting Dr. Rosemery De Galicia.

We arrived today at 11:00 AM, only to be told the doctor would only arrive after 1:00 PM. This unannounced delay was frustrating. ​The entire system for patient scheduling and queuing is excessively complicated and confusing. As first-time patients, we had a major challenge trying to figure out the protocol, especially regarding which area or doctor was assigned to us. Clarity on patient flow and doctor location is desperately needed. ​Our experience after payment felt dismissive. We expect a more organized process and a higher standard of continuous patient service. We value our time and urge the clinic to improve organization and schedule adherence. Im not surprised that all reviews are mostly1 star.
