I called ahead to customer care to validate a few concerns, and they addressed everything clearly. When I visited on a Tuesday afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised — I was assisted right away by the front desk, and within minutes, I was at the nurse station for vitals. After a short wait, I was seen by the doctor. End-to-end, the whole process took about an hour — far better than what I usually expect from mall-based clinics, which are often crowded. The staff were attentive, professional, and able to answer all my questions. Overall, a seamless experience. Looks like this will be my go-to clinic moving forward.

I needed blood work and xrays done the soonest for my consult with an internist. So I planned to visit another mall-based clinic first thing in the morning. This clinic's published clinic hours start at 7am. I got to the mall floor at 6:50am. The other clinic had neither their clinic lights turned on nor their front door attended. A few steps away, Healthway was already open and ready to accommodate me. I was their first patient/client. So I had all my needed labs and xrays done there instead. Plus, Healthway was clean and spacious. Clinic physical set up is not confusing. To clarify, my pics may depict Healthway as an unattended. I did not take photos of the clinic with the staff out of respect for their privacy.

5 stars for my physio expert Dany. The clinic was also nice and clean. From walk-in to seeing the doctor was relatively fast (there were not that many ppl). One star down for the payment. I handed over my card to the lady behind the glass. After some time she told me the payment failed. I asked her to show me what she did on the terminal because normally they at least let you confirm the amount on the terminal is correct. Here I couldn't see anything. When she did the whole procedure from start and let me see it, there was of course a step to enter the pin. I asked her what she entered before but no comment. I entered the pin and the payment went fine. Hasn't happened to me ever before...
