Health Metrics Cebu referred us multiple times to specialists and then scheduled an expensive test on very short notice after three weeks of repeated visits and three specialist referrals. We asked for medical justification and copies of all records, but these were delayed. If you use their services, make sure to request copies of all referrals and a clear clinical explanation first. Communication and scheduling could be improved.
