Not so spacious facilities, but their process is quite fast. Staff aren’t so friendly though. I went there for my annual physical exam. CBC, Xray, and Urinalysis were fast. Had to go back another day for ECG and Pap Smear. When I tried calling their landline and mobile phone to inquire available ECG schedules, no one is answering. But sometimes the line gets busy. Hope they can improve their communication lines.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the ultrasound staff at this facility, at the third floor was incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. From the moment I walked in, I was met with cold and dismissive attitudes. Rather than creating a supportive and professional environment, especially for a procedure that can already be emotionally sensitive, the staff acted like I was an inconvenience. Their tone was rude, their communication was abrupt and at no point did I feel respected. The entire experience left me feeling anxious, humiliated, and more stressed than when I arrived. It’s deeply concerning how little care was shown. If you’re looking for a place that prioritizes patient well-being, dignity, and basic kindness, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. No one should have to endure this kind of treatment during what is often a vulnerable and important medical appointment.
