While the facility was clean and well-maintained, I unfortunately cannot recommend this groomer due to a concerning experience.The last time we went here to groom my pet. Although the service itself was adequate, I was very disturbed by the groomer's handling of my dog. At one point, the groomer placed the razor in my dog's mouth, which I found to be completely inappropriate and potentially dangerous. And there was no hair in my dogs mouth. I understand my dog can be challenging and like biting, but a skilled groomer should know how to safely manage a dog's behavior without resorting to such methods. I also felt the groomer was unnecessarily forceful in trying to make my dog sit. I'm won't leave the other details, especially the ones that really bothered me. Overall, I was left with the impression that my dog's well-being was not a priority. This is especially disappointing as this salon was recommended by a trusted friend.
