Brought my Butter here for check-up and tests. We discovered he's positive with dengue. Big thanks to the staffs who were very patient with Butter. He's aggressive with people he's not familiar with and he knows whenever he's in a vet environment which adds up to his aggressiveness, but they did a good job handling him. The vet doctor, himself, is very professional as well, making sure that he explains everything about our dog's condition and was very willing to answer every question we had. 100000/10

The best VET out there. The service and care they gave my dog aspin was top tier, and even after I let my dog out, and continued my dogs medication at home, whenever I have worries and questions regarding the medicines, they allowed me to call them and still helped me even thought my dog is not under their care anymore. My dog was able to survive three cases of sickness. They are hands-on when I bought my dog to their vet.

I would like to commend Happy Tails Veterinary Clinic ❤️ I could not thank Dr. Sancho enough for being the kindest and the most sensitive Veterinarian ever. During the last hours of Zion, we were allowed to video call Zion, and Dr Sancho even asked his assistant’s FB messenger (sir Kent) to be used. That alone made my heart at ease and Zion’s too. I knew he was just waiting for me to tell him it’s ok to go. That reaction of Zion looking at the camera was very rare of him when he started getting sick. Although he was on oxygen and was catheterised, he looked at the camera the whole time, and even smiled for the camera when I said the word “Picture”. He was a fighter and a very good boy. He was sick for 2 weeks but he still showed us how much he wanted to live. He would eat, walk and do some of his routine as if he’s totally ok. Dr. Sancho was very thorough, very keen and empathetic when he delivered all lab results to my sister even without her asking. He would update her anytime he saw changes on zion’s symptoms. I saw that passion in him. He wasn’t working only for the money but he treated Zion as his own. I may not be there but thank you Happy Tails from the bottom of our hearts. Zion finally gave up at around 12 am but they were so kind enough to allow ZIon to stay there until mama and papa were there to pick him up in the morning. What you did was very heartwarming. ❤️ I knew Zion was in good hands. May your heart be blessed and may your business flourish even more. I highly recommend your services.
