Overpriced and service was mediocre A dog jumped from the clinic table and they laughed. The same dog followed a receptionist out of the door and ran to the street. Good thing the owner’s kid noticed and was able to catch his dog. While the staff and receptionist just shouted and did nothing. Had to tell the staff to disinfect the weighing scale as it had just been recently used. They only told me that it was clean and no need to worry. I had to ask another staff to clean it for me. Had to wait for 2 hours when There were only 2 patients in the clinic. Me and the dog owner. Doctors did not use layman’s term. It seemed as if they were talking to a vet student as well. Used big words that not every pet owner could understand. I tried leaving a review in the FB page but could not as there was no review button. Overall, prices were unreasonable, staff were apathetic, and service was mediocre to the core. WORST VET SERVICE I HAD EVER EXPERIENCED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

After everything our cat went through, giving one star feels generous. I believe this is already named CEBU ANIMAL DOCTORS’ CLINIC – VRAMA. We took our cat here for an emergency on May 24. He was leaking urine with blood from his private area. We were told he had an enlarged bladder, making him unable to urinate or defecate. They ran multiple tests and performed catheterization while he was admitted for almost a week after that day. They would update us with another condition almost everyday (probable kidney disease, high glucose, seizures!) On our 3rd visit, the nurses discussed issues that had strayed from our original concern, which, by the way, we later found out from a second opinion at another clinic were considered NORMAL. On Friday, May 30, we decided to discharge our cat after the bill reached PHP 71,764 with no visible progress. At home, he still had trouble defecating and urinated uncontrollably everywhere. When we contacted the clinic for advice, they kept recommending additional medications on top of what we had already been given. We became more worried when he started wetting himself again, so we returned for a follow-up checkup. They told us the swelling in his private area was normal after catheterization and gave us another round of meds. Today, June 8, our cat’s condition is still the same. We rushed him to another vet clinic and are now back to square one. His bladder is enlarged AGAIN. Another catheterization and several procedures were done. He has now been admitted AGAIN, just a week after being under this clinic’s care. It’s clear the overpriced procedures done here didn’t help at all. Please don’t bring your pets here. You’re basically asking for an expensive death sentence. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Unya hugaw ilang vet there’s a tons of flies flying around inside in full air conditioning room there is not sanitary cleaning inside.
