My dog was admitted due to parvovirus. I am beyond grateful for their effort and love for my baby. They were super hands on and always send me updates of his condition. I can't thank this clinic enough for the care and compassion they showed my 2-month-old puppy when he was diagnosed with parvo virus. It was such a scary time for me, but the team at this clinic gave me hope from the very beginning. My puppy had to be confined for four days, and throughout that time, the staff kept me updated with his condition and reassured me with their expertise and kindness. They treated him not just like a patient, but like family. Thanks to their quick action and excellent care, my little one survived and is now on his way to a full recovery. From the front desk to the vets and techs, everyone was professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to animal care. I will always be grateful for everything they did. Super friendly ng staff and alam mong concern din sila sa furbaby mo. I went to Grotto Vet for a second opinion, dahil sa expertise ni Dr Princess na identify na may distemper pala which the 1st clinic we went failed to diagnose. Unfortunately, our baby passed away Thank you Grotto Vet for looking after our babies! I appreciate your effort sana 24 hours na clinic niyo and accept distemper cases para ma confine :(
