The reviews now are outdated. I experienced first hand how they handle their customer. It is okay with the level of professionalism and right empathy. I also think why a few are reacting like this because the clinic has alot of customers. The clinic is under new management. It is being upgraded to par with other commercial clinics. Plus this is well located in the financial hub in makati. We are just to picky on how we get our service. If you don't want it then just go to other privider

Unfriendly service, especially from the lady at customer service and the staff in the laboratory. They never smile and act in a bossy, unapproachable manner! Rude! What’s more concerning is that based on other reviews, this issue has been going on for almost eight years and still hasn’t improved. This is something management should seriously address.

Customer service is non-existent. Very poor amenities. Takes forever to get ECG results. Waited outside their restroom for 20 minutes only to find out a staff used their one and only bathroom to wash the plates and plastic containers he used during lunch. This place needs a major overhaul.
