I got my appointment through their FB page then the staff called me for the confirmation of appointment. On the day of my schedule I met Mam Joan one of the staff in Global Eye care she immediately assisted me throughout my eye examination. I also like the approach of Doc Tarrah she’s professional and kind in regards of my questions about proper eyecare and she also tackled different types of my diagnosis susch as my myopia or nearsightedness, my astigmatism and blurry vision. Thank you for your assistance Doc and Mam Joan.

Not recommended. I booked an appointment with them last week, and I received a call confirming it. However, the day before the scheduled appointment, after 5 pm, I received a message on Facebook saying that I needed to reschedule because their pediatric ophthalmologist was unavailable due to a last-minute surgery change. I asked when the doctor would be available so I could adjust my schedule, as I had already cleared my calendar for the original appointment. They responded by telling me that if I needed an urgent eye check, I should see a different doctor. And just like that, they left it at that.
