Pre approving of HMO-based appointments needs improvement, i.e., approval takes time as hospital staff coordinating with HMO offices are overwhelmed with many patients and circuitous procedure.”
“Great job for Global Care Medical Center of Bay, especially to their Marketing Department! 👍 I had my executive check up done here recently and their marketing staff was so nice and accommodating. They organized everything - from schedule of tests up to the release of results. They even assisted us all throughout our tests and allowed us to use their lounge while we wait for the other tests. Very fast to reply also whenever we have concerns. They go over and beyond! Keep up the good work! 🙌”

I would not recommend this hospital. Their service is not worth the high rates they charge. On top of that, they delayed the release of our final billing, which prevented us from seeking assistance from government agencies in time. This added unnecessary stress during an already difficult period for our family.
