I recently visited a this clinic that deserves a glowing five-star rating. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who made me feel instantly comfortable. The dental staff were highly skilled and knowledgeable, explaining each procedure thoroughly and ensuring I had a pain-free experience. Overall, this dental clinic exceeded my expectations in every aspect, providing top-notch service that deserves the highest praise.

I asked Glamsmiles via FB because I am looking for a more affordable option to remove my bottom wisdom teeth. My dentist from a different clinic recommended removing them, but the price was 10k for both bottoms, so I decided to check other clinics. When I messaged Glamsmiles, they told me their price range for bottom wisdom tooth extraction was 3k each, which sounded reasonable. I messaged at 9am today to ask if they were open, and they replied that their schedule is 10am to 6pm. I booked at 11:30am, arrived on time, and waited but they called back at 1:30pm because they said there was no dentist. When I returned, there were already a lot of us and we were all scheduled for 1:30pm. During the consultation, they suddenly told me the actual price was 8k per wisdom tooth, far from the 3k price range they had stated on FB Messenger. I wasted so much time and consultation fee, cause I WOULDN'T HAVE WASTED TIME AND MONEY IF I WAS CLEAR AND ANSWERS FROM THE BEGINNING. I FELT SCAMMED. PS. I SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED ON FB THAT BOTTOM TEETH ARE SAME.
