The people in GenCheck are very accommodating! I like it that they are strict but they approach people politely letting them know the next steps. Keep up the good work!

The facility is new, fresh and clean and staffs are very accomodating!! Highly recommended!

This facility was sub-par in cleanliness and skill of staff!! The sink is broken, the entire bathroom is moldy, the flush is not working! The place had no privacy, the employees did not communicate to me, loud when talking to each other, and were not paying attention to the needs of the patients! No proper instructions to the patients! The worst of all, the one who tried to get the blood draw on my inner elbow was incompetent, did not get it at first try, went through-and-through and burst my blood vessel resulting in a huge bump, and for the second time, they were fishing inside my arm for the vein and it hurt the entire time. No consideration to the patient. And while commuting home, I noticed the blood was already soaking through the cotton, they did not even properly put the cotton on to prevent this!
