I cannot speak much for the other branches but based on experience from the past years up to now, my family has developed trust in the female doctor in the Village East branch. She is not one of the owners/not part of the Gabieta family but rather an employee doctor (probably in her 40s or 50s). She is kind, affectionate to our dogs, and not aggressive with regards to medications or prescriptions. She also has compassion at times when we have to purchase lots of medicines. We also observed that she does not always bill us with doctor's fee, especially if appointment is just injection of vaccines (unlike with other branches and vets). This shows that she's not just doing it for the money or salary. On top of that, she is a very knowledgeable vet who we can really seek advice from. Staff are also friendly especially the secretary. Hope that the Village East branch will be complete with equipments so we don't have to go to the main branch. We have better experience with the vet in Village East than in the main branch. It's not really bad but we just prefer the staff in Village East.

They did not accommodate us even though we told them that it’s an emergency. Out pet did not make it though I won’t blame the clinic for that but at least, they should entertain customers especially if it’s really urgent/emergency.

The doctors here aren't knowledgeable when it comes to symptoms of deadly viruses. There is no sense of urgency during emergency cases, papagalitan ka pa kasi di nasunod ang scheduled appointment. Involuntary tics were present, and I opted for an emergency. Sabi ng vet picky eater lang daw (kahit hindi naman picky dog ko) when it was clearly a symptom. Fast forward, my dog almost died of distemper in their hands if I didn't look for other opinion from another vet clinic.
