We love that this branch has ample parking space for customers. The staffs and doctors are kind, accommodating and friendly. The clinic is clean and smells okay. There is a shop where you can buy essentials and treats. There is even xray service for a reasonable price. I have nothing but good experience here. Hope it stays that way. Thank you for taking care of our dog.

I remember this clinic from when I was still a student. My mom and I brought our very sick cat here, and we were told he needed to be confined. Even though we were on a tight budget, we agreed because we loved him and wanted him to get better. He stayed for about three days. When we visited on the third day, we were told, very coldly, that he had already passed away, and we were simply handed the bill and his cold body. The experience was painful and traumatic, and I will never bring my pets here again.
