Form and Function Rehab Clinic has got to have the best Physical Therapists. I once slipped and landed on my wrist and ended up with wrist pain. I asked for help from them, and sure enough after they treated, it got cured! I highly recommend Form and Function Rehab Clinic to others and it's definetly worth a 5 star.
Form and Function Rehab Clinic have great Physical therapist! Thankyou Kim and Jann for accomodating my mom on her back pain. Now her pain was relieved and she can do the things she wants! I would highly recommend Form and Function Rehab Clinic. They also offer Homecare Physical Therapy and Online Physical Therapy.
