The doctors and staff go beyond their call of duty. I have been entrusting the lives of my pets to the hands of the doctors here and they don't disappoint. If you want good vet service and would want to save your pet from various diseases, go to this vet clinic. Facilites: vet hospital, 24/7 pet care, blood analysis machine, pet supply with vet medication They also don't charge an arm and a leg. Highly recommended.
Our family's vet clinic since 2005. Aside from their affordable rates, its not just the vets who are well trained and gentle to my dogs, also the assistants who have been with the clinic since I can remember. They aren't just competent but non-discriminatory. I've been rescuing dogs/cats and I never felt ashamed to bring them to FMH because they have always been accommodating regardless of breed. Dr Hernandez even gave me a discount when I brought in a street dog with TVT even if the surgery was difficult. Though this a good problem to have, knowing that more people have prioritized getting their dogs checked and treated, there is now a longer line in the clinic and its quite a hassle given the limited parking space. Best to go in the morning on weekdays to avoid the crowd. Anyway, I've had over 15 dogs/rescues in my lifetime and some of them even had distemper, ehrlichia, parvo, etc. and most of them survived the illnesses. However, note that as a pet owner, I've always been proactive also based on their advice. Not just the vaccines, but if you noticed something is wrong with your pet, don't count the days---within 24 hours, bring them to the vet and seek professional advice. Never have I felt that the vets didn't care. Some people are just hard to please. Dr. Hernandez and most of the vets who worked with him in this clinic have always been helpful and accommodating, treating our pets like family. Also comparing them to other vets, rates are still affordable. To add: I've actually tried Jordan Vet (since a lot of you are comparing them to FMH). As a rescuer, I had a bad experience with Jordan. The vet didn't even touch the stray dog or brought it inside the clinic (FMH has an isolation room if they are scared of virus/contamination). They left him outside even exposing him to the sun. They only took a blood exam but not physical exam. I asked them to give a pain reliever (injection) because the stray seems to be dying of CKD based on the blood result. But they only gave that as an oral medicine, something I should be the one to administer. The Kuyas in FMH know how to handle strays and aggressive dogs. That's something that stands out and because of this, I will always choose FMH. Another note: I've had 5 cases of Parvo in my lifetime. Not one died when I confined them with FMH.
