For now, their service satisfies my needs and somehow meets my expectations. However, since they have a lot of clients/patients, the fear that our dogs could get a virus never goes away...

The staff always treats my pets with kindness and patience. My dog has severe anxiety at the vets but they make sure to keep him calm and handle him gently. The vet is very good. They send updates via email so you always have a record. One time my dog got confined because he got blood parasites and Covid. They were able to bring him back to his full health. I was able to visit him regularly and they sent me lots of updates to make sure I knew what was going on.

They saved my dog! Great staff, they are friendly. Vets are pretty good and reasonable. However, there's a lot of room for improvement Firstly, pricing is a little steep. Higher than many clinics as I found out. Terminal fee charge is also a bit high. Second, I think a better system for updating furparents during confinement would be a plus. I felt quite uneasy for days couldnt sleep leaving my dog only getting an update once during the evening, but they do have visitation hours during the day and they are quite lenient so it makes up for that. Lastly, the place is pretty clean but cage management, cleaning and sanitazion could also be improved. Nevertheless, I am very thankful for them overall. I just cant give 5 stars.
