Fine Spine Chiro PH

This was a much needed adjustment after a 20hour plane ride and a month of traveling around the Philippines. I've been going to chiropractors for over 30 years due to a ton of back injuries. This was by far the most comprehensive and thorough treatment I have had so far. I strongly recommend "Fine Spine Chiro" you will be pleased.

First time to get a chiropractic treatment The place was clean neat and very aesthetic. Staff was also polite, friendly and neat. The ones who handled me and my husband's session was very polite and informative. They were really and made the whole session light and easy by making nice conversations. The session started of with assessmentby doing some simple body movements. Next is a little bit of stretching and muscle massage to relax stiff muscles. After that is the actual chiropractic stuff. I wa surprised by the places where the popping sounds came from. I was familiar with sounds coming from back or neck.. but was surprised with the ones in the ears. If you wish to get a session, I suggest wear a comfortable clothing wherein you can still move around... like workout leggings or loose pants. There are some leg stretches where in (I think) wearing tight denim jeans is not advisable.

Hands down, one of the best chiropractic experiences I’ve ever had and this was already my second time! The full body adjustment was absolutely incredible, from start to finish. The Y-strap technique and towel pull were done with such precision and care, and the instant relief I felt was honestly beyond words. #recommended ❤️☺️
