This has been my cat's vet since he was a kitten. They are very professional and helpful. Pre-pandemic, you can be with your pet inside the rooms with the vet during consultation which is a nice touch. During pandemic, conversations happen in the receiving area, your pet will then be brought inside with the vet, the vet will perform full assessment and will be discussed with you in the receiving area - which is understandable considering anti-covid measures. One important reminder is that the clinic is closed on Tuesdays.

I had an amazing experience. With the help of Dr. Jose De Castro, my dog's state improved almost immediately and they were also very hands on with my dog's treatment. They even send me messages to remind my dog's follow up check ups.
