Always a good experience here. Vet is kind and experienced, very calm and reassuring. They also sent SMS updates after grooming to inform us that we could pick up our pets. When we brought our sick dog in, vet messaged a few days later to ask how he was doing. Not too expensive either. I definitely recommend this clinic. My favourite in Cebu so far.

You should call in advance. 233-2039. After 8pm, if you walk in, its already considered an emergency and that adds 1k to your bill on top of check-up, etc. I guess it makes sense because there aren't a lot of vet hospitals open after 8 around the city at all. I went there with my cat suffering from diarrhea. Arrived at 6. They were very attentive, and they handled my cat nicely. I mean at least to the best of my knowledge, they were nice to her. They still know best. I could see everything going on because the examination table was just there separated by a sort of half divider. The doctor attending to us was also very accommodating. He discussed possible ways I could take for my cat. Over all I was highly satisfied. But that's considering I didn't have waiting time because I was the first to arrive.

Last night, we took our beloved husky for an emergency check-up around 8-9 PM because he was vomiting. Unfortunately, no other veterinary clinics were open, so we went there. The clinic was decent, somewhat homey but not very modern, which I actually found comforting. They placed my husky on the examination table and quickly began their work. I noticed they seemed rushed and completed the examination faster than I expected. As a medical practitioner, I understand the importance of a thorough examination for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate medication. In the end, the vet administered some antibiotics and other injections for the vomiting and prescribed tablets for home. Seeing my dog in such a weak condition, I inquired about IV dextrose, but the vet advised against it. We took our dog home, but sadly, he passed away the next morning. I returned to the clinic to return the medications since they were no longer needed, and they accepted them and issued a refund. However, when I asked the vet for a specific diagnosis, she couldn’t provide a clear answer. It took another staff member to give me a vague diagnosis, and I realized they hadn’t even conducted any lab tests before administering multiple injections without knowing what to treat. Additionally, the vet mentioned whipworms, claiming they are rare, but after researching, I found that it’s actually a common parasite. A friend of mine, who is also a veterinarian but not based in Cebu, confirmed this. It felt like the vet was just trying to deflect responsibility. It’s truly disappointing. I advise against going to this clinic! My friend had a similar experience where her dog was checked there, and although they took lab samples, the dog passed away before the results were available because the machine was broken, and they didn’t inform her about it. Save your pets and avoid this place! Edit: they moved to a different location. Avoid this at all cost.
