Excellent service and caring staff at Fatima Hospital. The doctors are attentive, the nurses are compassionate, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for quality healthcare.

My sibling was rushed to the ER and admitted for almost four days. Despite being in a private room, no doctors were readily available, and we had to wait for a doctor to check on my sibling; only nurses and student nurses were present. I only saw the doctor twice during the entire admission. Although I signed a waiver to prevent student nurses from examining my sibling, they continued to do so. It felt as though they were using my sibling for experiments or studies. I brought my sibling to the hospital to receive proper medical attention and treatment, but it seemed they were only using my sibling for educational purposes. This hospital is greedy for money; the doctors and nurses don't seem to care about the patients, only the money. I couldn't take it anymore because I always paid on time and didn't mind the expenses, even though it was costly, but my sibling wasn't receiving the proper care needed. Therefore, I decided to transfer my sibling to another hospital. I only saw the doctor twice, yet the doctor's fee was almost 80K! In total, my family spent almost 400K for just four days, a waste of money and time for nothing. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, THIS HOSPITAL IS GREEDY FOR MONEY. Thank God, I decided to transfer my brother to another hospital, and he's doing great now. Thank you, Lord! 🙏

Walked in to the ER today to have my pain in my lower back (left side) checked, nobody seems to care, except for the guards who warmly greeted me and assisted me where the ER was. Shockingly, I felt invisible the momennt i entered the ER, the place ambiance was depressing even. I was speechless by the sight and can't even utter any words in dismay. I sat there for awhile, scanning the room and seeing staffs were comfortably minding their own business, they were so relaxed, carefree and some were even chatting on the patients bed. Been sitting for awhile, nobody cares to approach me. So, After the horrible waiting in silence, I left the room thrice with confusion, same feeling, same experience, nobody greeted me or even asked if im lost or if i need help, given that i entered into an ER, with no company and gloomy face. Feeling defited and betrayed by the institution that once saved my life and i looked up to, i left the hospital and headed to maxicare primary care clinic where i was treated differently, with dignity and respect.
