We had a wonderful experience. We went here for my dad’s hearing test. The staff were very friendly, patient, and accommodating. They took the time to explain every step of the hearing test and helped us understand how the hearing aid works. We really appreciate their professionalism and care, highly recommend them!

She took our concerns to heart, which helped us begin our therapy journey with openness, peace of mind, and positivity. Her assurance that she would be a genuine ally throughout the process meant so much to us, especially when we initially found it challenging to start. Dr. Merjo also warmly guided us during the fitting, and Ms. Jes cheerfully assisted us every visit and every time we contact the clinic.
