“The service is terrible. Imagine this — I went to the clinic on Monday, but they told me to come back on Tuesday because the doctor would be there from 10 to 11 a.m. So I went back with my child and even let her leave school early. We arrived at 10 a.m., and when the secretary came, she asked me which doctor I was looking for. I said the ophthalmologist. My goodness, we waited there for almost two hours — and my child has ASD — yet no one even told us that the doctor was in surgery! I came back again today, and when the secretary saw me open the door, she didn’t even bother to open it for me! It was already 11 a.m. She could’ve at least faced me and told me if we needed to come back again. The secretary doesn’t know how to entertain patients! How could she not even know the doctor’s schedule? And she’s so rude on top of that!”
