Eyebrowse Optical

The customer service was superb. I observed the staff there took good care of their clients. Saw one, patiently explain the possible adjustments he would undergo having new eyeglasses. We had bags with us and they offered to hold it for us if we still had other errands. Service truly above and beyond the ordinary. They also explain if the glasses you need would take a few days or if you can get it after a few minutes/hours.

I had a bad experience of this optical, i had eye test examine , she asking me to pay my eye test but she didnot give me the eye test result. And yet i still pay my eye test even i didnot get my eye test result from the doctor and staff. As she said its a policy. The staff are corrupt and bad. I wonder why this optical dont have client due there behaviour and policy. I gave my money for nothing!!!! 😡

Intention of the attending doctor is good, but the approach was very deceptive to obviously lure people to buy the lens/ glass. She was explaining the effect of eye strain, but when I asked about my vision stat, she did not reply because she knew it was still good.
