Thanks for fixing my eyes glasses today, though it take a few minutes but still great customer service

Took my brother in law here to get his eyes checked cuz he was having issues with vision. The price for check up was 450 peso which was not bad. However they force you to buy their products and refuses to give a vision prescription in fear of you buying from somewhere else. These guys are something else.

Just went to eyecrafter today rajud and the lady who looked after is so way to customer service. I was inquiring if they have a cloth on the glasses that looks like the same as the EO that can be folded and then hung, but she chose to say "no ma'am, go there instead, ma'am" in an insulting way with the side of her eyes. The management of this branch could have taught this assigned girl to treat customers in a nice way even though she asked coz I could've bought something even without a holder since my colleague recommended eyecrafter that the cleaning of the glasses is nice. And one thing even if you see your opponent as poor you can answer the question genuinely.
