Zero !!! Receptionist! You didn't even inform us that you need to schedule before going, we are walk-in. We weren't even told that it would take a long time before you could be checked up because if there are patients who have scheduled, that's the priority!! That's how it should be. So that those who walk-in don't have to wait long and can find another clinic ASAP. I don't know if the senior next to me didn't already tell me that it was already too late. We waited for 5 hours!! The receptionists are so rude!
