Everyday Smile Dental Clinic

I am very disappointed with my experience at Everyday Smile Dental Clinic. The scheduling system is extremely inefficient wherein patients are often made to wait for over an hour beyond their scheduled time. This shows a lack of consideration for patients’ time and schedules. What’s more frustrating is that even when you specifically book an appointment with a preferred dentist, they’re frequently unavailable, and you’re instead passed on to a different dentist without prior notice. This lack of communication and disregard for patient preferences is unacceptable. I expected better from a clinic with such a reputation. Unfortunately, my experiences make it hard to recommend this clinic to others. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues and improves their service quality.
