Our patient arrived at 9AM, but the doctor was supposed to arrive at 10AM. When he arrived, he said he would only eat at 11:30 because the doctor would arrive at 1PM because he was already on leave. Then it didn't start until 2PM. My child had to wait all day. The line in the district was still fast. It was a shame. That's why you pay in advance so you don't have to move to another one.
