If there’s no star, it’s definitely what it deserves. Called in early morning to ask what time the Doctor is available for today’s check up because last time I went there, I waited 4 hours. Staff told me to come to the clinic to make a reservation. I came in right after the call. They ask for a payment and told me to come back 6:30pm. Yes, evening already for a check up. Without giving anything even my receipt. NOTHING! Came back around 6:30pm just to found out that THE DOCTOR STILL HASN’T ARRIVED YET! The clinic is full of patient waiting. After the Doctor arrived, they started going through the patient with ultrasound. And the ones who will have a check up will go after those patients. So what’s the purpose of the “reservation” if they will just do the one’s with ultrasound first? Even if they did not arrived first or had the reservation first? Stupid policy!!! It’s been 2hrs now waiting and still hasn’t done to my check up! WORST CLINIC. AFFORDABLE? FOR THE MOST INCONVENIENT SERVICE
