I was overmedicated, they will push cures on tourists to make money. The doc, Reyes, was arrogant with unknown skills, the nurses were competent and nice. There was a great female doc in icu. There was linen service offer every day, added to bill, can change as often as u please. There was a church boy, bandit, in room to "watch over" me first, he ate my food an checked my luggage. Threw him out when i regained strenght. Had to fight a guard to go to 7/11... I had adjustable modern electric bed, and tv with baseball... I also order fast food and got delivered from outside. Talk to guards, they will go buy cigarettes for you. Can smoke outside. Dont leave food in room, ants will come... I had broken phone, but was allowed to use computer by nice lady in office.

Father in law is staying here. The main problem is cleanliness . The room is not kept very clean. My wife had to clean the room herself. And she has had to keep asking the staff to change the linen on the bed. Advocating for the patient is common in any hospital, but what my wife has had to do here is overboard. The hospital should be paying her. 😒 As far as medical treatment, things are okay. No complaints. And my wife is working with the staff to have a regular cadence of keeping the room is decent shape. 🤞🤞

Worst place I’ve ever been in. Spent 10 days quarantine here in March 2021, the room had two old beds dating back from the 70’s. They allowed me two thin sheets and no more for the 10 days. The room had rats, when I complained they brought me a ladder in and rat traps. See pictures I had to place the rat traps myself in the ceiling. No fridge in the room and the TV did not work. Food was terrible. The day I left I looked into the window of the room next door and saw they had issued that patient with a state or the art brand new electric bed. When I asked why I had an old metal bed with 2 blankets they replied ‘the man has contacts you don’t’ Was treated like scum here for 10 days. Advice to go elsewhere.
