I got my second eyeglasses from EO the other day and was assisted by Ms Haycil. I want to commend her for being so patient while I am still choosing the design and the color of my eyeglasses. Moreover, she's so professional in dealing and answering my inquiries. Excellent customer service! Kudos to EO SM Seaside branch for the well trained staff and excellent customer service.

Always a great service here! The staff are always on the go and are very knowledgeable with the services. They may seem in a hurry, but really they’re just trying to accommodate everyone as soon as possible.
