I appreciate the assistance and offered options for me to choose of which frame should I choose. Thank you po! ❤️😊 We bought 2 pairs of eye glasses and upgraded each for additional ₱300 which is totally fine for us. However the case for my eye glasses which is much more expensive is giving me cheap case, which Ms. Jen mentioned it’s already been coded and can’t exchange. Regardless, the case is cheap super cheap, mas okay pang bumili sa quiapo, i know what’s more important is the eyeglass itself pero the case speaks a lot for itself specially the product, how can it protect during the time na I wont use my glasses. So disappointed with the assistance.

Jackie handled all my concerns very well and went above and beyond by patiently teaching me how to use contact lenses, including the dos and don’ts. She was extremely kind, patient, and willing to help throughout the process. I truly appreciate her excellent service and hope she gets recognized with a bonus or incentive for her outstanding work! 🥰🥳
