Service was kind and friendly. However, buying 2 pair of progressive glasses shoul cost almost same price as at home. I was surprised negative. Aborted ongoing order, in store, when the glasses- and frameprice was exposed to me. Not worth the "risk" if just saving like 20%. So, mission buying new glasses to a good price failed here.

I needed extra information on insurance before paying. When I finally was ready to pay, I tried to look for the saleslady attending me. Upon asking Employees Pris and Rose (cashier) on separate instances, I was ignored. They simply looked at me upon hearing, deemed my concern unimportant, and then proceeded to talk to someone else. For Rose, it was a kid they ordered to get something from Watson before sitting down again. I was waiting the whole time but she did not return to me. For Pris, she simply shuffled between two potential customers who were looking instead of assisting me for payment. Consider training them on customer service/attendance once again. I would like to commend the attending doctor for being patient with me despite not knowing what my previous grade was. As well as Mabel the saleslady for being patient when I had to step away before paying. Still one star though for taking 30 minutes to get the receipt to me. I was in and out last two times I came here.

Feedback on Our June 27 Experience at EO – Executive Optical (SM Branch) 🕚 Time: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM We visited EO SM to buy something special for our monthsary and expected it to be a happy, smooth experience—but unfortunately, it turned out disappointing because of how one of the staff treated us. There were two staff members who assisted us. One of them was very approachable and friendly—not just to us, but also to other customers. We’re really grateful for her patience and kindness, especially when helping us clarify the prices and promo details. She made an effort to explain the differences in prices when my partner decided to switch to a higher-priced item, and we appreciated that. But sadly, the second staff who interacted with us had a completely different attitude. She was not approachable, talked to us in a bossy and disrespectful tone, and seemed upset or uninterested the whole time. It honestly ruined the mood for both me and my boyfriend on what was supposed to be a happy celebration. Her attitude was not just unprofessional—it made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. To add to our frustration, even though we kept asking multiple times about the promo prices (Buy 1, Take 1, and regular-priced items), it still felt like we were misled. We thought we were saving under the promo, but we ended up paying more—around ₱10,000 for four items. We just wanted everything clarified upfront, and although one staff tried, the overall experience left us feeling disappointed and confused. We hope EO management will take this feedback seriously—not only for us but also for the future customers. It's frustrating when customers come in with trust and excitement, only to leave feeling like they were taken advantage of or not treated with respect. We still appreciate the efforts of the one kind staff, but we genuinely hope the unprofessional behavior we experienced will be addressed properly. We chose not to mention names as we just want to bring general awareness to this issue. We hope that the management takes time to observe and retrain some of the staff to ensure better professionalism, especially when handling promos and customer concerns. We still believe in your brand and appreciate the good service from the other staff. But this experience really left a negative impression, especially since it was supposed to be a happy day for us. We hope this won’t happen again—not just for us but for other future customers. Thank you, and we hope our feedback reaches the right people.
