“I visited EO when they unexpectedly had their promo on for upgraded lenses, and it was great to see an array of many frames on show. I needed my eyes tested and wanted to get some new glasses, and a spare pair. Straight away I was welcomed by Rhea, with a lovely smile, who introduced me to the optometrist. After I got my prescription, Rhea patiently showed me loads, (I mean loads), of different frames to try on, until I selected my favourites. There was only one pair of promo lenses available, so I asked for these to put in my first choice. They were ready to take home after an hour, as it was fairly quiet. Great selectionof frames. Superb customer experience. Highly recommend.”

Dishonest staff.. asking for extra income they don't even clean my eyeglasses Wich I buy it to them 2 glasses for 22k and yet the service was bad EO monitor your optical shop.. you need mystery shoppers.. Ang cctv to monitor your staff.. he said bawal pero up to you.. mo hatag ka.. (?)
