Ate Ann was absolutely amazing.She greeted every patient with warmth and made sure we all felt comfortable. I was pretty nervous at first, but Dr. Santos immediately put me at ease with her calm and reassuring demeanor. She’s not only skilled but incredibly caring. They also offer a PWD discount. The only disadvantage is that there’s no elevator, which makes it difficult for PWD patients to access the clinic.”

Despite some past issues, I'm glad to say my recent visit was very pleasant! It's really worth giving them another chance. The clinic has made significant improvements, and I'm impressed with the care. Since my family needs ENT care regularly, this clinic has earned our trust and is now worth coming back to.
