I recently visited Dr.Erik Tongol, an ENT specialist, for a stubborn ear infection, and I’m extremely impressed with the care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Erik took the time to listen to my symptoms, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the treatment plan before moving forward. The procedure was handled gently and professionally. I felt comfortable the entire time, and the improvement was almost immediate. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines skill, patience, and genuine concern for their patients, he does exactly that. My ear is fully healed now, and I’m very grateful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an ENT who truly knows what they’re doing. Five stars!
