Don't bring your pets here. They suggested euthanasia too quickly and didn’t seem to follow proper medical protocols. This kind of approach is unacceptable, and I strongly believe their practices need to be reviewed by the appropriate authorities.

This place is a mess. They can’t be bothered to follow basic procedures, and the vets act like you and your pet is nothing more than a paycheck. There’s zero real concern for you and your animal’s well-being, just rushed decisions and sloppy communication. The constant misunderstandings happen because they don’t follow their own guidelines, and honestly, it shows how little effort they put into doing their jobs properly. It’s incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable.

After what happened to Gelo the cat, who ended up being euthanized because the vets and the staff showed a complete lack of responsibility. I am beyond furious. Imagine taking your cat in for what seems like a minor issue canker sore(singaw sa bibig), clearly still showing signs of being healthy, and somehow the situation ends in euthanasia. How do THREE vets look at the same animal and fail to recognize that? To me, it feels like they just wanted the easiest way out, like putting down another pet was more convenient than actually doing their jobs and giving proper care. It’s disgusting, irresponsible, and absolutely heartbreaking. Anyone involved in a decision like that should be held accountable, because their actions show they don’t deserve the licenses they’re using.
