A TRUE GEM — AMAZING STAFF + DOCTOR WHO GOES THE EXTRA MILE! I can’t say enough good things about EJNS Optical Clinic — this place exceeded every expectation! From the second I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and at ease. She is incredibly accommodating: she helped me schedule my appointment quickly, answered all my initial questions with a smile. The warmth really set the tone for the whole visit. But the real standout is the doctor/owner. I’m someone who gets a bit nervous with eye exams, and I tend to overthink every detail — but he was so patient with me. He didn’t rush through any step: he took time to explain my eye health, test my vision thoroughly (even redoing a few checks to be 100% sure), and walk me through all my lens and frame options. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving the best possible service, no matter how long it takes. I was a bit hesitant about the cost at first, but now I know every peso was well-spent. My new glasses are perfect — my vision has never been clearer, and the whole process felt like I was being cared for, not just sold a product. The effort I put into coming here was absolutely not wasted. If you’re looking for an optical clinic where you’ll be treated like a person, not a number — with a team that’s both friendly and professional — EJNS is the place. I’ll be a regular from now on, and I’ve already told all my friends and coworkers to check them out!

A great and accommodating place to have your eye glasses. I got my first pair of eyeglasses and it works perfectly and professionally. My Optometrist Doctor Dr. Suello was very friendly and he will explain you all regarding your concerns. He was not just my new Optometrist but my new friend and also his wife and receptionist was very welcoming. The best place to have any of your eye optics concern. They even gave me freebies (nose bridge padding and temporary pair of glasses while I'm waiting for my new glasses made). Highly recommended.
