I went to the RK So Medical Clinic for ear cleaning because I experienced difficulty in hearing. I commend the appointment process through messenger, it was fast and accessible. All inquiries were answered. The secretary was approachable and kind. Doc checked my ear, explained to me that ear cleaning might help in my ear. Doc was so kind, polite, caring to his patient.
