I set an appointment with Dr. Rodriguez' secretary in Tagaytay Medical Center (TMC) however, she texted me back after 3 days on the day of my appointment that "doctor did not confirm he is going to have clinic for the day" . TMC should be strict with their physician specialists as this shows the integrity of the hospital.
