Dr Michie Jay Simtoco

If you are looking for an ENT doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Simtoco. He explained my father’s condition clearly and thoroughly, going over every detail so meticulously that my father finally accepted the need to wear a hearing aid. Dr. Simtoco is also punctual, unlike other doctors who make you wait for hours without any updates. During our visit to his clinic, his staff were very accommodating and kept us informed that the doctor was already in.

Had to come here because of a throat infection. We neeeded to wait around 45min but it was worth it. The doctor was so nice as so professional! He checked my throat and ears and immedatly knew the right peoblem. He prescribed helpful medicine and also created a medical certificate in case you need it for your worksplace. The night before we went to the Chonghua Hospital. We waites also around 45-60min but could not see the doctor. One nice staff advised us that if we can wait it is better to see an ENT doctor on the next day, otherwise we might wait much longer until we can see a doctor. So we left from there and I am happy that I found this place. Finding it is a little tricky though: it is a buiöding which you can find as 'happydoc". It is a builing full of different doctors. To see the ENT doctor you need to take the elevater and go to the 4th floor. Here you can find the room on the left and go to the reception.

The doctor is really very professional and very kind as well as his team. He was able to answer my questions and problems with great seriousness. The secretaries are also very serious in the speed of their responses. The price of the consultation is fair, for a foreigner, it is suitable I think. I just recommend to foreign people like me who want to call not to use WhatsApp but via Viber, because this created a little misunderstanding during my request with the secretaries for which I apologize again.
