you need to replace your secretary. instead of calling intellicare right away ,right after giving the card, she makes all the small talks to her colleague. she already know that it takes alot of time to get to someone.i was waiting for 3hrs, such as dismay. i have to take my card and go home rather than wait for the doctor to check me. 3hrs is beyond my waiting limit.
